Z1a900 plastic chain gaurd

#1 PostAuthor: csnurney » Tue Apr 22, 2008 6:30 am

My chain guard has lost its shape abit over years of being in the warm weather in the states and is rubbing on the rear wheel hub.
How can i try and twist the back end back into shape, or
do i just cut a groove out where its catching.

Thanks Chris

I tried bending it back also. I gave up and bought a repo. Looks great and does not rub anymore. Check out Z1 enterprises. All of my Z1's have had that problem

You could try using a hot air gun to get it back into shape but they're never quite 100%.
