As I said before if it was mine I'd find someting else to sell...
If you want to sell it you need to make it worth someone's while not to build it. I'd say it'd be hard to pass at ?3000 - you might get more from the right person, but I'd give definitely you three no bother if I'd more money and fewer bikes. Assuming it's as good as it looks in the pics and runs as well.
