1075cc carbs

#1 PostAuthor: Cajones13 » Sun Dec 04, 2016 1:26 pm

I'm going to bore out to 1075cc and fitting .384 lift cams.
Will this be within the range of adjustment for my standard vm28s, or am I going to run out of top-end?
Running Airbox and 4 into 2s.
Tks

28's may well be fine with std pipes & air box - BUT, why not treat yourself to some RS carbs,,,, it is XMAS, after all
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

28's will be up to the job.
Got them (z1r carbs) on one of my zed's running 1075 Wiseco's, 410 cams, flowed head, bigger valves, 4-1 pipe and velocity stacks.
That bike pulls a genuine 160 easily.

Thanks for that Zed1015. I may get back to you for details on carb setup when I get to that point. :D
