Wheel Refurbishment - Diamond Cutting?

I've got a pair of CMC 5-spoke wheels for my shed. I've seen that you can get car wheels diamond cut to remove any corrosion.

Does anyone know a firm that does it for bike wheels, preferably in the Midlands?

Lepsons or spit and polish should be able to do that and they operate an efficient shipping facility.
