Hi does anybody know if a Z650 seat will fit a Z1B do they the same fittings in all the right places

Hi Mark,

Don't know about hinges lining up but the rubber frame to seat buffers will be in the wrong place because 650 frame is different.
Also tail piece for 650 is wider and flatter than Z1 so the gap at rear of seat to tail is unlikely to look right.
Plenty of good repro Z1 seats/ foams and covers out there if yours is tired.

Thanks for that info thought it may not look right will have a look around at Stafford in a few week time and see whats about . mine just needs recovering but has no seat lock and dont think all the fittings are in the right places so dont think mine is standard z1b seat

Thanks for that but not looking for an orininal seat looking for a cut down one of some sort simmiler to the one I have so looking for an original bace really so I can get it recovered
