Good carb service in/near London?

My current set of standard carbs (a4) are well and truly past their use-by date, so I'm sourcing another set.

However, I know I'm never going to get around to cleaning and servicing them, so I'm looking for someone in or near London who has the appropriate gear - and the experience - to renovate the set for me and then fit them and set them up.

Does anyone have recommendations?
