Odd question

#1 PostAuthor: Bicycle Repairman » Sat Jan 16, 2016 1:20 pm

I have a z900 with an old aftermarket swinging arm and no centre stand. During the restoration I want to fit the original swinging arm and centre stand. The stand has been powder coated. However, it struck me that I can't see anywhere for the centre stand spring mounting points, frame or swinging arm.
I can't find any useful pictures online. Dave Marsden's superb book doesn't have an image. the Haynes manual looks like it was printed with potato stamps in 1640. Now I'm getting worried that I've coated a swinging arm with a missing tab or bracket.
Would a someone be so kind as to point out where the stand spring mounts are please?

Panic over. I found a superb image on the Z power website that answers my question.
