Bearing extractor

#1 PostAuthor: DogsbolloxofZ1B » Fri Jan 25, 2008 5:10 pm

Someone was asking what tool to use to remove bearings etc. I have one of these and the range of arbors suits the Z1 to a tee. It gets the swing arm bushes out in seconds.

This is basically a slide hammer with a range of adaptors that just happen to suit the wheel bearing, swingarm bushes etc and those components are the same on the Z1R. There are other ways of getting these things out, this is just a bit quicker.

Cheers for that just about to attack the Dyson swingarm bearings, been dreading it. Looks like another early birthday present on the way.
