rear sprocket spacers

following on from the rear shock spacer issue, i need to sort the offet of my rear wheel, so need space out the rear sprocket, been searching for anything of the shelf but guess each is slightly different.
are there any out there in off the shelf in size options...if not recomendations for someone who has made them in the past..

You may be able to make one from an; old / new / existing sprocket but i dont know what set-up you have or what size width you need.
