#1 PostAuthor: johnA » Sun Sep 27, 2015 7:45 pm

hello gents does anyone on here know of anyone who can sort motorcycle fuel injection. been out on my gpz1100 today started running rough like stuttering at certain throttle positions so i'm guessing it's the injection system.
many thanks in advance john

take each injector out and clean them with carb spray, if you can connect them up to the harness and blow through them as you crank it over.

It worked a treat for 2 bikes that I had with gummed up injectors. They were MVs with a 5 hole pentagon spray pattern ,

after some carb cleaner and blowing through I eventually got a nice even spray pattern on some tissue paper. After that the bike ran fine. So fuel injection systems can gum up just like carbs and run like sh*t.
