To adjust the Metmachex
Place the bike on the main stand or paddock stand.
Slacken off the axle shaft nut
Slacken the 4 socket head caps (2 either side)
On the fixed head of the axle, use a spanner to rotate.
You will see the chain tighten or slacken as you rotate the shaft.

The axle has a key on one side - this key rotates the eccentric adjustment.

Tighten up the 4 socket head caps & then the main axle shaft nut.

This system isn't very good - bit of a naff design - it's prone to slipping when subject to powerful engine forces & is hard to align accurately - it also effects ride height each time the chain is adjusted :??
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

ok guys appreciated
looks like i'll have to take apart. The black circular adjusters are not budging with small adjustments. They are moving (dropping ride height with major slack on axle, allen bolts)
think they need greased up to slide better for small adjustments.

Prefer the standard adjusters with measurement notches.
was concerned with ride height.
Chains going to be quite tight anyway to clear bottom of metmachex.

thanks
