GPZ1100B2 rebuild cellar find

#1 PostAuthor: 1962royp » Thu Apr 02, 2015 5:38 pm

Im looking for a fuel injection expert?
I have built my bike up i have a good spark and feed from the coils up to the ECU but it will not energize the injectors we have been through all the wires for all the faults it says to check in the manual i can make it fire with fuel sprayed in the airbox?
I have been told it needs the fuel sender plugged in but what do i know any words from a knowledgeable expert would be greatly welcome I dont want to admit defeat and buy some carbs just yet.

New fuel pump full pressure powers up when ignition turned on checked the double relay its feeding power to the pump both initially and when cranking i have everything but an injection pulse i have feed to injectors,I have stripped and cleaned the injectors and tested them.
But im no electrician plus its 20 years since i was on the spanners.
so im throwing up my white flag.
Ps I found it in bits after 17 years down a cellar.
I also have two spare ECU,s

No we have checked the injectors with the bulb and shorted out to test the are working ive run out of tests. lol
When i had the bulb in the plug and all the plugs plugged in nothing.
but when i spray fuel in the air box and it fires the light works but not for long.
