Best source for braided hoses for twin disc Z1?

#1 PostAuthor: Strebe » Sat Feb 28, 2015 4:32 pm

My Z1 currently has a "race" front brake hose arrangement, with separate hoses running from the master cylinder direct to each caliper.
I am looking to change back to the conventional arrangement in which a single hose runs from the master cylinder to a fork-mounted splitter, with each caliper being fed from the splitter with its own hose.
I naively assumed that Goodrich would be able to supply suitable hoses on demand, but they tell me that they don't have the relevant details. They would make up a set if I could provide them with my old set - except of course my old set is the wrong configuration!
I know that some members have string views about different suppliers of brake lines - so I thought that I should tap your collective wisdom!
What do people think?
Does anyone have a dead set of hoses that they would be willing to part with, or even loan, so that I could get Goodrich to make up a set?
Many thanks
