Guys
I have searched eBay for an original set of tools for my Z900A4 to complete my bike. Not that they are any good but needs must.
Can anyone advise if there are other ways of getting this kit together?
Just purchased a 1976 UK Z900 A4 for renovation. Wish me luck.
Bike now finished what a joy!

Hi Wayne, glad to see you are close to having your bike on the road after all the troubles you had,as Steve says hard to come by complete and very dear, beleive repro pouches are available and tools do turn up from time to time, put a wanted on here for complete kit or odd tools to make up kit and keep looking on ebay, cheap to have old tools re zinced, any pics of your bike now she is finished?

Can anyone post a pic of an original tool kit?

Could you not try buying the odd original tool here and there on ebay to make up a kit?

Nigel, if you PM me your email address I can photograph my tool kit, which is original & send you said picture/pictures. The tool bag around one of the press-studs is a bit ripped, but that's all that's wrong with it !!

I've never been able to post pictures on here as I'm not clever enough  Maybe you can post it/them once you have it/them ?!

Japanese Ebay !!

You go through a middleman that takes a cut but an excellent place to pick up original hard to find parts !! Only trouble is google translation so if there is any doubt then best not to use it. I have bought a fair bit via them and haven't had an issue.

http://buyee.jp/
is the middleman or the site to use to get into the japanese ebay. It'll open in japanese but top right you can change it to english, put Kawasaki Z in the search and be prepared to spend a bit of time looking at whats available.
