Running but rough

I did think of hat for about a second. But I have stripped and rebuilt this bike from scatch and learnt so much and with all the help I have had from you guys won't give up because of a problem.
The bike looks so good and it runs which it never has in my time so all things considered.
I'll get there in the end!

Just purchased a 1976 UK Z900 A4 for renovation. Wish me luck.

Ok head off and ouch!!
Cylinders 1,3 & 4 look ok a little black but easily came off with some petrol. Must be from too much fuel issue discussed earlier. Easily fixed I guess.
Cylinder 2 well the valves all look intact but one damaged where the piece of metal got up behind it. The surface of the valve face, the domed part pitted bad! I would hope a good engineering company good drop fill and re grind. Thinking of getting someone to simply sort the head and valves.
Piston bore looks ok, top of piston beyond repair and pitted bad. I can easily change this with a new one.
Any comments would be very much appreciated, anyone got a good piston?
Who is the guy to go to for cylinder head works?
Steve Smethurst did the initial clean up.
Any advice?

I really don't know where the metal came from I keep looking at it thinking it familiar but I can't place it at all. I have checked the head and all the valves look in place.
I was so careful and kept the pots covered. Maybe there was something in the material that I missed.
Certainly paid the price but in a funny way I'm glad as it has made me look at the head again.
I know it starts now so can move forward with confidence.
Might swap the coils round as well as they are on the wrong side.
I will get in touch with buzzard.
