Look's like A4 or z1000A1

Agreed, although outlets look larger, so Z1000A1.

Not A4 the outlets are at 90 degrees

Original A4 taps had the outlets at 90 degrees to each other, but the design was changed & later versions had both outlets parallel to each other.
