Brake bleeding

Hi Guys,
In an attempt to get my Z1 to stop I've replaced the entire front twin disc brake system as it was all very tired looking.
I've got some silicon brake fluid ready.
I just wondered does anybody have some good tips for bleeding the brakes from scratch? I've heard that it's easier if I inject the fluid via the caliper bleed nipples. But another recommendation was to simply fill it up from the master cylinder and then jus bleed they system.
Any pointers most gratefully received.

Hiya, found this out by accident, I bought a oil evacuator, mines a sealey, got it for sucking oil out of pumps on pressure washers, you know vertical pump action with 3 sizes of pipes, the smallest goes nicely inside of 6mm polyurethane tubing, which goes brill over bleed nipples on calipers, machine mart sell various versions, just don't get too giddy, remember to keep resovoir topped up, result, rock hard no bubbles brakes ha ha! though rubber brake hoses aren't the best, and it's suprising how much shite comes out till it runs clear! All good fun, just doing my 1000RX front end, fork seals wheel powder coated new bearings and best of all new welly and new goodridge so six points to bleed doesn't phase me anymore Ta daa!

Paul just bleed some old fluid off via the brake calliper and add new to the reservoir and repeat
That way no air gets in
Ensure you over do it to get rid of all the old fluid then nip up whilst engaging the brake
Simples!
