I've taken the plunge and bought a soda blaster, but I have since been told that if you soda blast, an engine say, after rinsing it off you will have to use an etch primer to get paint to stick properly. I'm sure someone on here has soda blasted an engine and then painted it before, did you just use VHT paint or did you etch it beforehand?
