Jimmock, I looked at your posting and thought to myself... wasn't that great of Jimmock to answer so promptly and satisfy Jez's query.

Not so!.... I didn't bother to chase up the ebay reference to find out it was a just a so-called funny, hence poor Jez's query was unanswered.

PS Someone will have a solution for Jez's Z1100R chain guard.

I think the J and B models have the same moulding of chainguard.
Neither are readily available as far as i know but you may be lucky.

I believe the only difference is the 1100R has a stabiliser bracket off the rear of the swingarm to stop the guard flapping.

Al.
Wasn't that the mod by Kawasaki to all the J type chain guards?

Garn, i was told the forum had become "boring", little humour left. So we have chaps like Jimbo that fun things up a bit with his off the wall view on life, thats a talent not all have. its not that easy to pick and choose when to show that humour but it is easy to make people walk from the site and have it become a boring "information only " site.
now, regarding the chaingaurd question and joke timing, if i see a question that has been answered and i have an answer too i always check the answer that has been given and either agree or put my view across too.
therefore i take from your dig at Jimbo that its you who are putting untimely comments in just to have a dig which has about as much room on the thread as the joke itself. Keep up the humour Jimbo, make me smile on a daily basis and take a chill pill Garn :D
I DONT CARE, IN OR OUT BUT IM ENJOYING THE DEBATE......................ARMSTRONG MT500. a pushbike, waves.....addict, no offence
