I always use Italian made Athena gasket sets. They make OEM gaskets for leading Italian motorcycles manufacturers using Reinz and Elring sealing paper.

It goes without saying that genuine is best, but you can't usually buy genuine sets; you have to make up the set yourself, after painstakingly trawling through the parts books. If you turn up at a parts counter asking then to give you all the gaskets you want, you will find yourself as popular as a pork sausage in a synagogue, and almost certainly find many of the required gaskets out of stock.

I'm pretty sure the Z1100R will use the same set as the GPZ unitrak.
I can supply you a top end set for £58.69 inc VAT + carriage or a full set for £79.03 inc VAT plus carriage if it's any help. I don't currently list gasket sets on BTB web site, but it's something I'm considering for the future! If you are interested drop me a PM. Are you a PUM? If you are I can knock 10% off :D

There are some seriously nasty gasket sets out there ... a customer supplied one he bought for me to build his XS650 motor! I know what wholesaler it came from, and I know their cheap, but I still ended up buying an Athena set for him!

Cometic also work well & are favoured my many performance engine builders.

You can get 'em fro www.debben.co.uk
or here; www.performanceunlimited.co.uk

you might need to supply part No's for the second link, Debben's will be able to recite it backwards!

Probably cost a bit more than Ralphy's too.
