any tips on using por 15 fuel tank sealant?
Make sure the tank is absolutely dry before you put in the sealer.
I soaked my tank with Coca cola for about a week first, and rinsed out with de-ionised water.
Put somewhere hot and dry.

Use cork or rubber bungs if possible to block sender/fuel tap holes when doing the 1st stage clean as the temperature causes duct tape adhesive to melt and come away.
Wear gloves etc as it's nasty stuff and the sealant sticks well to anything.
Obviously the cleaner can be left as long as required depending on surface rust present, I forget the recommendation but I found that it could have been left in longer.
Same with allowing the sealant to cure, the longer the better. A hairdryer speeds up drying in between stages.
It can be removed afterwards if it gets into threaded holes by scraping it away once hardened.
I need to do mine over winter as well.

That must ave cost a fortune coca cola is more than petrol a litre
