The following information from Kawasaki:-
1980 ZX750E1 turbo = Frame No. KZ750E-000001 onwards
1981 ZX750E2 turbo = Frame No. KZ750E-012001 (or JKAKZDE1#BA013722
1982 ZX750E3 turbo = Frame No. JKAKZDE1#CA032401
Sorry I do not have engine numbers.

If you do get a ZX750E turbo, I have the following genuine Kawasaki information in electronic format if you need a copy:
    SERVICE MANUAL - KZ750 fours (inc. turbo) 1980 to 1988, 390 pages
SERVICE MANUAL SUPPLEMENT - ZX750E turbo. 107 pages
SCHEMATIC WIRING DIAGRAM - ZX750E1/2 turbo
SCHEMATIC TURBO DFI WIRING DIAGRAM - ZX750E1/2 turbo
FULL ILLUSTRATED PARTS MANUAL - ZX750E turbo, 120 pages
KAWASAKI TECHNICAL TRAINING COURSE - ZX750E turbo, 29 pages (covers technical training and tuning - very handy!)

Obviously the manuals will be too big to send via email but I am more than happy to put them on a disc and post out to you.

Regards, Will
