Piranha ignition

#1 PostAuthor: harrythemagnum » Sun Aug 25, 2013 1:51 pm

The A1 is not running great, I'm suspecting carb issues, but better check other stuff too.
Been suggested before to check there is 12v at coils, no I haven't, only 10v.
Battery fine, so go looking for a wiring fault, it appears that the piranha switching box is using the 2v, because if disconnected the power to it there's 12v back at the coils.
The unit is working fine, and the timing spot on.

Any ideas?
What a wonderful philosophy you have,
