Hi ALL,
I just wanted to ask check, before I get carried away with a big ammer  the 4 foot-rest mounting bolts that fit into each side of the frame, should they just come out tap after all nuts are removed, or are threaded in ??

They thread into a captive nut welded into the frame on my bike.
Had an outer nut shear off, so had to pop one of them out.
It took a pair of mole grips to wind it out. Thread is 10mm i think.
