there's that many variations in colours you will find it very difficult to find a good match

There is a UK seller on ePay at the moment offering Z touch up paint...
Whether it's any good or not is another thing.

bought a touch up for my h2 from rs paints no where near the right colour not even close but i think candys go darker the more coats you apply and you need correct base coat, pay your money and take your chance :)

Re RS paint, I purchased their paint for my Z1R in the
Stardust silver, it too was way off colour!
Best result was taking the side panel to my local colour match centre.
Think halfords do a matching service
Now where did I leave my Keys!

My kawasaki restorations have always been repainted with paint from here.

Brushing a metallic and spraying it are going to give very different results though..

Unless you're very very lucky, a touchup paint isn't going to be a seamless match.

Age and vaugeries of the original paint (Rick Brett had a pic of a bunch of H1 tanks, all NOS in the boxes, all meant to be the same year and colour and all noticably different shades) means that an off the shelf paint just isn't going to be 100%.
