Fork top nut

How do you un do this type of fork top nut,
un done allen bolt in middle but all the top nut is doing
is turning when you put a spanner on it
haynes book of lies i got dont cover this type of fork top nut
its off a z650 if that makes any difference

YOU HAVE TO COMPRESS IT THEN REMOVE THE CIR CLIP
