i need to repair a stripped nipple thread in my rear brake caliper, saw this nipple therapy thing

any DIY ideas?
like where i can get a 10mm male X 8mm female tread insert (M threads preferably)
if i had one of them pillock drills i could make one me'sen.... :lol:
