Fuel pump, GPz1100 Unitrak

Can anyone tell me is there a readily available modern fuel pump that can be used to replace the original item on the 1100 Unitrak?

The 750turbo (same pump & pressure) guys use the American walbro pump as a replacement
straightening the curves and flattening the hills
