I've read your thread before and thought the stud protection idea was brilliant. Must admit, I didn't take much notice of the painting bits at the time. Great finish that is, smooth enough to keep clean, but not too gloss that it looks plasticky (is that a word?). As for PJ1, unless someone on here has the entire worlds stock stashed away and is willing to sell it looks like the Simoniz Tough black is the way forward.
