Done about 100 miles on the oil cooler on the J (its a unitrak one) no problems in use.
Dont use the bike for a few days and on startup the inlet cam is running dry untill pressure gets up!!!!!!
Manual says left pipe to left and right to right, mine are reversed, would this somehow make a difference?
It seems to drain down or syphon back after 24 hours, cooler is fitted with pipes at the bottom and in the same location as in the unitrak fitting arrangement.
Oil pressure was fine before but the takeoff has no pressure gauge in it so i cant see how long it is taking for the oil light to extinguish!
Am i missing something??

Thanks gents. Done a bit of a re-jig and got the pipes out of the cooler vertical, and back up under the tank.
Hopefully this will create a syphon break where the pipes were flat across the cam cover before.
Need to leave it a couple of days now to see what it does.
If it does it again then its probably going to be new cam bearings as they are well worn.
