#1 PostAuthor: Roger Hill » Fri Jun 22, 2012 4:19 pm

Has anyone on here tried painting a standard Z1 fuel tap ?If so what have you found to be the best as regards fuel proof and paint adhesion to the tap.Powder coat or rattle can primer etc ?
Thanks

Etching primer, then black satin enamel paint but if tap leaks it will dissolve paint!........looks new when done though

Probably anodising would be best
