does anyone have a wiring diagram to show how to convert the seperate regulator and rectifier to a combined unit from a later bike on an early z1000a?

Just take the three outputs from the Genny/Alternator usually yellow to the three yellow inputs on the conbined unit any order round,red and white to the battery positive,brown to the trigger wire i usually use the live side of the brake switch,black to the frame,some units are five wire and dont have the brown wire,H**** wet dream cx 500 work well...at little cost.look for around 14.6 v dc across battery at 3k revs..Cheers Paul J
