Double Disk option?

Anyone know when the double front brake disk became an official Kawasaki option?

I seem to remember it was an option when the Z1 first came here to the UK, as you say from day one.

I think so too guyz.

It was the price that put EVERYONE off.

In relation to the initial outlay of the bike it was huge!!

Yeah! I do recall seeing a photo of the famous British comedian, Dick Emery, on board a Z1 with these dual front disks, shortly after its release in '72.

It was commonly known that he owned one of the earlier H*da 750.

Garn, I seem to remember there being an article in MCN or MCW back in the '70's on Dick Emery, he had a large collection of bikes, that included a Z1 and CB750 amongst many others :D :D
