Phil Klawsuc is a triples club member.He does this sort of work and sells kits on ebay..His ebay username is www.w send him a message on ebay.
Or use one of the repro master cylinders.

The bike I am restoring is a U.K. spec model with the plastic middle on the master cylinder, thanks for the lead.
