I will an old tubular zx1100 swing arm work ok in my old z1000j frame? As it does look simular to the lawson one.
If it does anyone know of one?

I have a 1200 one in mine with a 1100 to be fitted soon. If you want to use the original Z1000J bolt then you will have to have a sleeve made to go into the inside of the swinging arm pivot. It is quite an easy mod and you don't need to have anything machined off the swinger for it to fit.
