modern front mud Gard

If you are not using a fork brace be a bit careful...
the standard fender has a reinforced section inside between the forks which reduces flexing - a pretty modern plastic one, or a cheap chrome one with only one layer of metal, would not do the job.

I am looking at the new Triumph Bonneville, Thruxton, Scrambler - front mudguard, (as they run 100/90x19 tyres).
But I need to check a few dimensions down at local dealer, as I am sure I will have to make a special mounting/ support bracket to get it to fit.

Had a measure and I don't think it will fit, the 750 is 6" wide between the forks, the z900 is 5".
You could butcher the mudgard to fit but I think that would ruin it and look pants. You would also need to put the callipers behind the forks.
Best bet is to find something 5" wide.
