#1 PostAuthor: kwak » Wed Dec 21, 2011 2:11 pm

Hi all
i have seen and heard that you can fit a gsxr exhaust on a Z with bit of mod.

as i want a stainless steel Yoshimura one and they are like gold dust to get hold of, can any one give me any pointers as what gsxr one to use

Thanks

Yes the header pipe spacing is good, but... theres always a but isnt there, the angle of the cylinder head is tipped forward on the gsxr, the z is far more upright so the exhaust sticks out then curves pointing towards the floor, kind of a stick out down swept look, you need to cut and weld the header pipes to give them more angle, Regards, Steve
