1100r update

hi. i have just got a 1100r lawson rep. pretty standerd apart from exhaust. took it for a run today.. and wow. how slow are these bikes...i think it needs an update :D . so what carbs would be the best to get? do i do away with the original air box and put k&n's on!! would like to run a harris pipe if i find one.. any help would be a help....my all time z when i was a lad.... :lol: :lol:

A Wiseco 75mm,1170 kit and 36mm Flatslide carbs is a pretty good mod.
The 1100 cylinder block can be bored out to 75mm.
Fit a good exhaust either Vance & Hines or Kerker
