when using a one piece head gasket, do you still use o ring around camchain tunnel. thanks Neil

no fill the recess level with silicone, leave to go off then just smear both sides of the gasket around the tunnel to seal it.

I have seen some people fill the o-seal groove with silicon, leave the silicon to go off, as Rich says, then, with a razor blade, cleverly trim off to make the surface flat.
