Wheel change

The back wheel on my ltd at the moment is a 16 inch mag wheel, i intend to put spoke wheels on it but want to put in 18 inch wheel on the back.
Apart from obviously altering the ride height would it also effect the steering goemetry and handling etc etc.
Making the world a shiny place with a factory finish

i dont think so mikey,i have one ont back of mine ,when measured side by side,they were same.
