Anyone had, or seen a Z1b with air valves on fork tops ??.
Not seen this Mod b4..... Should they stay or should they go ?????.... :spit

could be GS1000 forks ?

I know my old GS had air forks front and air shocks at the back.

No, Def' Z1b forks with reflectors on sides, air valves are horizontal out of tops.

They are probably after market, I have some air fork tops by 'road rider'. They were a popular mod in the 70s/80s. I guess they will do no harm as a 'period' mod. Just don't pump them up too much as this may blow the fork seals.
There are quite neat replica fork caps for sale on ebay ocassionally.

hi simon ,
done that mod on my kh250 forks that where on the dragbike just give a bit more damping with a couple of pound in .
