Replica Badges Down Under

#1 PostAuthor: DogsbolloxofZ1B » Wed Dec 30, 2009 2:16 pm

Just had a pair of Z1000 badges delivered and they are exact replica's of the originals which are NLA, they are made of the same material and indistinguishable from OEM.
Brian Cutler has reproduced many vintage badges so well worth a look..

Definitely a good range that...... If they're that close then who cares.

People bang on about 'standard' too much in my opinion, especially ones that have been restored.
My brother has just finished 'restoring' one of his bikes, but I reckon that he's only got about 15% of the original bike left..... all the other parts although genuine, are not original.
Don't get me wrong its bloody important, but items like that have to be taken seriously.

Anyway, enough banging on from me.... Good find that man.! :up
