Smokin on over run

The beast is smokin a bit on over run. Im told its the valve seals that need replacing. How easy is this or would i be better off getting it done?

Probobly valve guides, you can DIY,(I have) but depends on your spannering ability, you need an oven big enough for your head, a drift and a reamer. Either way it's a head off job.

You should also re-cut the valve seats if changing the guides.
