1975 Z1-r/hand side panel(urgent)

Hi,
all,as most of you know,had a sudden heart attack,and only 49,to much wine woman and song, cut out the song part now.
Will have to sell my Z1,as even taking it easy now, it will be to heavy for me,and to sit it there and not use it would be a waste.
Have been contacted by a few members,and have managed to fit the oil cooler and braided hoses to it,looks good,also a new ign/switch as the mate lost my keys.
one small problem.
looking for a good right hand side panel,as i had it off lying on a piece of foam and the same mate drove in and slightly cracked it? well ok then smashed it to bits.
it is that dark met/brown,but if i could buy a good one will hopefully paint it.
Can someone help me out again?.
