Anyone, got a tacho/rev counter cable spare? same on 900/1000 models. part no. 54018-015. i know zpower do them. Cheers.

Redbeard you just beat me to it, I was going to ask the same question. :lol:

Just got my bike to start after meddling for 2 weeks. Finally took her out for a good run today and hey presto no revs being registered after about 50 miles. :shock:

I knew the tacho cable had come out of the block before I stopped the bike, but the inner cable was lost! :roll:

So, same question, does anyone have a spare inner tacho cable (I'll pay for it!), before I order from Z1 Enterprises at $12 a go (I'll just have to wait for it to arrive), ZPower want one of my kidneys for one!

Hi Jakey, sorry about that. I'd help out if I could, I have a spare outer cable. My inner cable had snapped in half. At least its just the cable and not the counter itself! Good luck.

Redbeard, no need to apologise, that's the way it goes. :lol:

I'll order one from Debbens tomorrow, it is quicker than Z1 Enterprises, I would have thought it would be with me in a day or so.
