Does anyone have a grey RH tokico 6 pot caliper for a zx7r p4(1999). Or i need the right hand half(bleed nipple half) of the RH caliper?I think these tokico calipers are fitted to all zx7r P1-P7 and on zx9r and also on zrx.

Scott, I guess the nipple has sheared off?
There was a thread on here recently about the same thing.
A decent auto engineer should be able to remove it for less money than a replacement, or if the nipple doesn't leak you could fit a combined banjo bolt & bleed nipple. or look on ebay.com (America) they don't seem as expensive there. I have had two set's from the US that are far cheaper even with the shipping. Good Luck

Paint is freely available, you are right. But to find something that is durable on brake calipers is something else!
We all take the pssi on here I know! but please come up with something good before you spout the shite you just did!

Hi Bear.....i did not resolve the issue....i tried another half to the caliper and that had problems.....the same problem as the other half did. I have been told that Nissin 4 pot calipers from a GSXR( wish i new exactly which one) would rectify the problem...apparently the Nissin calipers have exactly the same mounting positions as the Tokico 6 pot pile of shite calipers, so they should just bolt straight on. Looks like i'll be searching for second hand parts that could be full of issues....you never know what you get when buying second hand....especially in my case.

I have had several sets of Tokico 6 pots, it seems there are some differences between Suzuki & Kawasaki spec. The ones I have fitted to my Z1000 originally came from a Suzuki. The pistons seem to be some sort of anodised aluminium which seem to shrug off the corrosion. The Kawasaki stuff seems to use chrome plated steel which doesn't seem to beat the corrosion so well.
