Z1 choke mechanism

I'll have to describe this as me phone camera is busted. 
Z1 carbs each have a choke lifting mechanism attached to the choke lever, the Z1's have a 3mm thick plastic washer attached to the end of the choke which in turn lifts the choke plunger in each carb.
I need one of these plastic washers and a 'C' clip if at all possible OR
If I dimension this thing does anyone have access to a lathe to turn a few up for me
(Ideally 5 off )
