Starter clutch damper

I am building an engine for a club member and need the mid sized damper rubber washer thing that sits behind the starter clutch gear as shown in the photo pt no 92075-193 which is the one with two tiny stars indented in it. The one I photographed is the big one with three stars.
Any one help?

No need to buy a thinner one.
You can lightly skim that one down on some fine wet and dry until the starter gear stops dragging .

I only borrowed that one from my mate to help the measuring process

will have a look today. have a bag full of NOS ones, will check if there is a 193
