Long shot I know but has anyone got a euro steering lock 751 for a Z1. Cheers

Afraid there is no such thing as a Euro steering lock with 751.
It's only the USA locks that have the 751-755 locks. Euro locks have the Neiman locks with separate key to the ignition switch, That's why there is a 'KEY HOLDER' in the idiot light panel to keep the steering lock key from rubbing against the panel face.
There are several locks by kawasaki that will fit Euro Z1 bottom yoke. Here is one

I had a UK Z1B and it was exactly as Z2.John said a separate key :!:
