superbike magazine from march 1981

Im looking for a copy of the magazine from 1981 for help with my 1000 special im building (I had one but ill be dammed if I can find it now) the cover has a Crosby replica on the cover with the title master blasters. photocopy of the article anything ive tried e bay and the magazine man but cant get one, anyone got one tucked away you want to sell / copy / lend

Hi, Cannot help withthe mag but I have several close up photos of Gordon Pantalls original crosby bike if they would help.

If you are going down the Croz replica route then Gordon Pantall still has the moulds for the fairing, seat unit and front mudguard. You can reach him via Facebook.

If you do go down this route and buy the seat unit it will need a fair bit of modification to fit a stock Z frame. Shock mounts on the Croz bike were in a different place. You'll also need to get it upholstered.
